Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Thailand, including:

Bangkok Metropolitan Region

Central, Northern, Northeastern, Eastern, and Southern provinces

We use trusted logistics partners such as Kerry Express, Flash Express, J&T Express, and Thailand Post to ensure your orders reach you securely and on time.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer flexible delivery methods to suit your schedule and needs:

At Ayan & Allsan Trading Co., we offer several convenient delivery options to suit your needs.
Our Standard Delivery service takes approximately 2–4 business days and costs ฿50, with free shipping available for orders over ฿1,000. For customers in Bangkok, we provide Express Delivery, which ensures your items arrive within 1–2 business days for a flat fee of ฿100.

We also offer Same-Day Delivery for select products within the Bangkok area — the cost for this service is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Additionally, customers can choose our Pickup Point option, allowing you to collect your order from designated pickup locations within 24 hours, completely free of charge.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, item availability, and courier conditions.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Bangkok time) are typically processed the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees

Free Standard Shipping on orders above ฿1,000 (after discounts).

Orders below this threshold will have a small flat shipping fee based on your delivery location.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

A tracking number via email or SMS

A direct link to track your parcel in real-time through our courier partner’s website

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 24 hours after order confirmation, contact our support team.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

We always strive for timely deliveries. However, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions or natural disasters

Courier or transport issues

Public holidays or peak-season demand

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time frame:

We’ll notify you immediately.

You can choose to wait, modify, or cancel your order for a full refund.

For lost or untraceable shipments, we’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue or issue a refund after verification.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to:

Remote islands or areas outside the coverage of major logistics providers

P.O. Boxes or military bases

Locations restricted under Thai postal regulations

Additionally, we do not ship:

Hazardous materials (flammable, toxic, etc.)

Illegal or restricted goods under Thai law

Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged:

Refuse delivery if possible and notify us immediately.

If already received, email us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the damage.

We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Wrong Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order.
If an incorrect address is entered and the parcel is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
