Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Ayan & Allsan Trading Co.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return and refund process in accordance with Thai consumer laws.
 

Please review the following guidelines to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if your product meets the following conditions:
 

✅ The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
✅ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
✅ The product is not listed as non-returnable or final sale.
✅ You provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).
 

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no additional cost.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
 

🚫 Perishable goods (food, beverages, etc.)
🚫 Personal care, beauty, and hygiene products
🚫 Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
🚫 Custom-made or personalized products
🚫 Clearance or “Final Sale” items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear product photos if the item is defective.

Our support team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Code (RAC) if eligible.

​Repack the product securely and ship it to our designated return center in Bangkok.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If your return is approved:
 

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
 

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for a different size, color, or replacement of a defective item), please mention it in your return request email.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
 

Check your bank or card statement again.

Contact your bank or card issuer — it may take additional time for processing.

Cancellations Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
 

Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery following the terms above.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

This Refund Policy follows Thailand’s Consumer Protection Act (B.E. 2522) and E-Commerce Regulations under the Electronic Transactions Act (B.E. 2544), ensuring transparency and fairness in all transactions.
